5 steps to mental wellbeing

We understand that building self-esteem and managing emotional wellbeing can be challenging for children and young people. That’s why we offer enjoyable activities that are specially designed to help them develop these skills. These activities can be attended either face-to-face or online with other children and young people who share similar concerns and interests.

We are committed to working with our partners to provide these activities and support the children and young people in our service. We kindly request that you commit to attending the activity before booking so that we can continue to offer these activities in the future.

We value your feedback and encourage you to share your thoughts with us. We are always looking for new ideas for activities or any activity in which you have participated. We appreciate your support in helping us create a positive and empowering experience for the children and young people we serve.
