About Us

We understand how challenging it can be for children and young people to navigate their emotional wellbeing. That’s why we’re here to help. The Wiltshire Children and Young People Emotional Wellbeing Service, provided by the HCRG Care Group and funded by Wiltshire Council, believes in early intervention and providing support for young people before they face more serious mental health issues. We’re committed to helping young people transform their lives and enter adulthood with the confidence they need to achieve their full potential.

Our website is full of practical tips, advice, and information about supporting children and young people’s emotional wellbeing. We’re here to support young people aged 5-18 registered with a GP in Wiltshire who are experiencing a range of early mental health difficulties. Our service offers group work, activities in the community, and counselling sessions for those who need more intensive support. We’re available all year round, so we’re always here to help.

We welcome referrals from young people, parents/carers and professionals. If you’re looking for support options in Wiltshire, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We understand that asking for help can be difficult, but we’re here to support you every step of the way. Remember, you’re not alone. We’re here to help you and your loved ones.

HCRG Care Group

‘We Care’, ‘We Think’, and ‘We Do’: We care about the person in front of us, we think about how to make things better for them and we do something about it.

Changing lives through transforming health and care

We’re proud to have made a positive impact up and down the country by designing and delivering services that address the wider economic, social, and environmental challenges faced by the communities we serve.

Health and care commissioners across the country trust us to work with them and their communities to transform services with a focus on experience, efficiency and improved outcomes. We deliver and transform adult and children community health services, primary care services including urgent care and sexual health as well as child and adult social care and wellbeing services.

Across England, we support communities of many millions and directly help more than half a million.
