Mental Health Helpline

Most of us will experience difficulties with our mental health at times.

Emotional wellbeing is IMPORTANT!

Not everyone feels comfortable to share how they are feeling.

The truth is, there is always someone who will be willing to help.

Anxiety, sadness, and all the ways we feel are VALID.

Let someone know, and they will support you.

Help can also begin with you!

Exercise makes you feel good – this could be a small walk each day.

Appreciate, and notice the moment you are in RIGHT NOW.

Learn a new skill – what would you like to do?

Time with others means connection.

Help someone – it feels good to help!

Anytime you feel like you are on your own, remember –

We all need a little bit of help and guidance at times.

And each time we ask for help, it gets a little easier.

Relying on those who care about us is a STRENGTH.

Ensuring you are emotionally well is important. YOU are important.

No time is better than now.

Every emotion we have is temporary, both good and bad.

Sit with it and allow it to pass. And finally –

SMILE. You never know, you might make someone’s day.
