What do I enjoy?…

  • I enjoy trail running, the freedom to run through muddy puddles and being outdoors with nature.
  • I love being by the sea. The ocean brings me a sense of calm and peace, watching the movement of the ocean. I have a great curiosity with all the wonderful marine life that call it home.
  • I love being with my family and friends, having the opportunities to be with those I love is very precious to me.
  • Music and festivals!
  • Anywhere where there is music, I find it brings people together and creates a shared experience. Oh, and dancing! I love to dance (mostly silly)

What I can help you with?…

  • Supporting and helping you to find ways to ensure your voice is heard, in a way that is important to you.
  • Supporting you to be yourself and working with you to explore all those wonderful things that make you, you. I can help you to grow in your own confidence and abilities (as you have many)
  • Being with you when emotions are tricky, difficult and confusing, helping you to make sense of these thoughts and feelings and working with you to feel safe, to do this, (together) we will look to find ways to help you manage this in your future.
