March 1st is Self-Injury Awareness day and so we want to make sure that we talk about self -harm, self -injury to challenge the stigma around it and to make sure you can get the support and understanding needed.

There are lots of helpful websites to support you if you are self- harming, or to support a friend or family member.

It’s ok to talk about it and it’s definitely ok to ask for help – so please ask.
