Safer Internet Day – ‘All fun and games? Exploring respect and relationships online.’
The internet is a huge part of all of our lives now. Arguably, it has become just as important as food or water for some of us! All of us use it to connect with friends, find out information, research and to enhance our lives. Although the internet is great – it does of course come with some risks. Iyt is important for parents and carers to be aware of these risks so that they can best support their children.
Safer Internet Day is about celebrating how young people can learn about being safer on the internet. The day invites a conversation about how to use technology responsibly, respectfully, critically, and creatively.
