  • Triple P – Positive Parenting Programme for parents and carers of children aged 5 – 12 years.  Triple P doesn’t tell people how to parent, it’s more like a toolbox of ideas for you choose the strategies you need and the way you want to use them.  It’s all about making Triple P work for you to:
    • Raise happy, confident children and build stronger family relationships
    • Manage behaviour so everyone in the family enjoys life more
    • Set rules and routines that everyone respects and follows
    • Encourage behaviour you like
    • Take care of yourself as a parent
    • Feel confident you’re doing the right thing
  • Time Out For Parents – Children with Special Needs for parents and carers of children aged 3 to 11 years with additional or special needs. The seven sessions are written by parents and professionals with input from many different families with experience of children with special needs. They aim to help support you in meeting your child’s needs.  A medical or formal diagnosis is not required for a parent or carer to attend.
  • STOP Parenting Programme (please note this programme is temporarily suspended) for parents and carers of children aged 11-16 years who want to:
    • Understand their child/young person (and how their brain works) better
    • Strengthen their relationship with them
    • Develop new and positive parenting skills
    • Learn how to manage conflict and risk-taking behaviour successfully
    • Build resilience, and healthy emotional wellbeing in their child/young person
