The Mental Wealth Academy is a new 1-year new project supporting 16-25-year-olds.  The programme provides free individualised support to deal with mild to moderate mental health and wellbeing issues. The Transition Well-being Practitioners offer bespoke support over 12 weekly sessions through face-to-face and virtual sessions.
