Mental Health Awareness week 10-16 May 2021 


This year has the focus of nature. As we have spent most of the last year in lockdown, getting out into nature, going for walks where we can and looking at the birds in our gardens has been for most of us a really good way to try and relax and look after our emotional wellbeing.

During this week it might be good to look again at what you can do to support yourself by getting involved with nature and to help you with your emotional wellbeing.

If you have been able to get a place on our positive activity with Wiltshire Wildlife Trust and finding out about garden birds and making bird feeders we hope you have a great time.
